Qualifications:
- Nationwide cell phone
- At least 23 years old
- At least 2 years verifiable driving experience
- Valid DOT physical
- Pass DOT drug screen
- All applications subject to approval by insurance company

- No speeding tickets/warning for 1 year - $100
- No OOS Violations for 1 year $100.00
- No Accidents/Incidents for 1 year - $500.00
